Awines is a family owned and operated wine importing company operating out of the beautiful northern city of Sapporo in Japan. The team is us, Mick & Miki Nippard.

We felt there was a genuine need for wines that speak of individuality & personality, made by individuals who are dedicated to making the best wines they can possibly make with what nature gives then each year.

Wine-makers who believe in the traditions of their craft yet embrace new technologies and philosophical to make the best, most pure wine possible.

We hand (taste) select what we import and are happy to ship to anywhere in Japan.
